Our executive chefs have built a seven course spring menu, raw and hot, served to you dish by dish across the counter. You watch every course being made, you can ask the chefs anything, and the next one is already on its way.

$125 per person. Thursday to Saturday, one sitting at 6pm. Ten seats a night, so book ahead.
