Masahiko Yomoda is a 25-year veteren in the hospitality industryanda Michelin Star chef and Chefs Hatted. He may be recognized forbeing on TV of Masterchef and Iron Chef, for his sophisticated andsensational blend of European influenced techniques with Japanesehaute cuisine, but more interestingly. Yomoda san comes from afamily of notable pastry chefs, farmersand forester. Having worked inJapan, France and Australia ,Yomoda san’s experience is versatile andextensive, making him a valuable asset to our team.

Our broth is not loud, but it speaks gently and warmly after being simmered for over 48 hours to draw out every layer of flavour. It’s the kind of soup you drink slowly, gratefully, to the very last drop because it feels personal. Like someone made it just for you.
No Added MSG. Flavour comes from time, technique, and carefully sourced ingredients. Seasoned with shio & shoyu bases to highlight, not mask the broth.
